Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor represented that the police already filed final report and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance.

2) Therefore, the Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application for quashing the final report of the police including part-II CD and other material and the cognizance, if any, taken by learned Magistrate.

3) The petitioners shall not be arrested for a period one month from today.
