Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.S.Venkataramana for respondent No.1.

This writ petition is obviously asking for enforcement of order in W.P.No.18590 of 2014, dated 26.08.2015. Earlier, when the 2nd respondent herein filed the said writ petition questioning the action on the part of the municipal Corporation authorities in initiating proceedings under Sections 452 and 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act (for short, "the Act") without deciding about the application for building plan, as arbitrary and illegal, this Court disposed of the said writ petition on 26.08.2015, directing the Corporation to complete the exercise within a period of four weeks. In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for completion of proceedings already initiated under Sections 452 and 636 of the Act as per order, dated 26.08.2015, passed in W.P.No.18590 of 2014. In the considered opinion of this Court, the present writ petition, seeking enforcement of the order passed by this Court earlier, cannot be maintained.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
