HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9709 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed appeal along with stay petition against the impugned order.

In view of the above, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Meanwhile, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained for a period of three weeks regarding possession and appellate authority is directed to dispose of the stay petition on merits.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
