The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 10.07.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Matter was adjourned on the last occasion at the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for instructions. Today, again, he seeks time for instructions.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to follow the guidelines laid down by Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the complaint stated to have been made by the petitioner on 10-07-2018.
