HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1895 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 12.02.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3072 of 2016.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Land Acquisition placed on record the letter addressed by the Special Deputy Collector, L.A., Unit-VI, SRSP & Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, P.C.S.S.P., LMD Colony, Karimnagar, to the Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, to show that the decretal amount of Rs.15,76,677/ - was deposited before the Court by way of demand draft bearing No.559191 dated 20.02.2017.

In view of deposit of the entire decretal amount before the Senior Civil Judge's Court, Karimnagar, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
