This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the orders dated 31.08.2015 passed in IA No.47 of 2012 in OS No.290 of 2012 on the file of the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. Sri G. Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh similar application before the trial court.

3. Permission granted.
