This petition is filed for reduction of surety amount passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.12162 of 2023, dated 13.12.2023.

This Court by Order, dated 13.12.2023 directed to release the petitioner/accused No.3 on executing personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad.

However, the petitioner/accused No.3 is in jail since 27.05.2023 and there is no avocation for the petitioner as such the amount is too exorbitant and cannot be payable, for which reason reduced the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- two sureties to Rs.25,000/- two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
