This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 22.08.2016 in I.A.No.540 of 2016 in O.S.No.574 of 2007 on the file of the Court of XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to agitate the legality of Ex.A21 in the light of the provisions of the Indian Evidence Act.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the legality of Ex.A21 in the light of the provisions of the Indian Evidence Act. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
