Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy under Section 71 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 to challenge the election of the 5th respondent as a Ward Member of the 4th respondentCorporation, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy. There shall no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
