THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33603 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasam Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 23.09.2017, to the respondents-GHMC but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before respondent Nos.1 to 3, the same would be verified and appropriate action be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to verify and take appropriate action on the representation, dated 23.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
