THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3291 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Petitioner in the instant Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Mr. G.Raj Kishore, Son of G.Yadagiri alleging his illegal detention by the respondents. Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the other hand, submits that a crime bearing Cr.No.867 of 2015 has been registered against G.Yadagiri at Meerpet Police Station and he was also produced before the Magistrate and presently, he is in judicial custody. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance, if any.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
