This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of CriminalProcedure,LgT3(forshort.Cr.P.C.)toquashthe proceedings against the petitioner - accused No'3 in C'C'No'537 of 2016 pending on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate' Warangal tI City, Warangal District. The offences alleged against the petitioner - accused No.3 are under Sections 498-4 and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No'3 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent No'1 - state' Perused the record.

3. On perusal of the facts and circumstances of the case' the petitioner - accused No.3 has to undergo the trial to prove his defence and the same cannot be considered to quash the proceedings.

Accordingly, there are no grounds and the criminal petition is dismissed. In the event of the petitioner - accused No.3 firing an application under Section 205 of Cr.p.C., to be represented by a counsel, the same shall be considered by the Trial Court without hindrance to the trial, Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
