THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.40657 OF 2012 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 07.12.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 08.12.2015 i.e., today.

Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
