Petla Sanyasi Naidu v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.7931 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned G.P.for Home. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he has given a complaint on 06.03.2015, the fourth respondent has not taken any action by registering the crime nor taken up investigation. The instructions of G.P. however show that on receipt of a complaint, a report from Tahsildar< Katlauratla Mandal was called for and after finding that the civil dispute is pending before this Court, the respondent police state that they are taking steps to register the case after recording the complainant's statement and accordingly informed the petitioner-complainant to give a statement, so that the investigation will also be taken up. Since the learned G.P. states that the respondents concerned will take appropriate steps to register the crime and take up investigation, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
In view the statement made by learned G.P., this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
