This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.95 of 2016 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Bapatla, Guntur District, and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge Court, Avanigadda, Krishna District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are no instructions from the petitioner since the date of filing of the petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
