HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10946 of 2017 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of FIR No.11/ 2016 by the 3rd respondent on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent.
2. This court carefully read the complaint of the 4th respondent and it relates to outraging the modesty of a woman and hence, the registration of the case is proper and the case has to be investigated. In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to interfere with the investigating process. However, it is needless to observe that while investigating the case, the 3rd respondent shall follow the due process of law, including the procedure laid under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
