No.33695 of 2016 Dt: 02.11.2016 Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Habeas Corpus for release of Sri Kandrathi Venkateswarlu, S/o.K.Chinnaswamy, and her relative Sri Kandrathi Pullaiah, S/o.K.Venkataiah, from the alleged illegal custody of respondent Nos.1 to 4. At the hearing, Mr.Pasala Ponna Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, as the detenus were released, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition.
