In view of the order dated 27.11.2015 passed by the Superintending Engineer in response to the representation dated 03.11.2015 given by the petitioner, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order passed by the 3rd respondent by separate proceedings, if he so advised. No costs.
