HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 347 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On last occasion learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 had made a statement that the Municipal Corporation had issued notice to respondent Nos.4 to 7 to stop work.

Sri Naresh Reddy Chinnolla, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 7, submits that against the said notice, respondent Nos.4 to 7 filed writ petition in this Court and the learned Single Judge disposed of the said writ petition directing respondent Nos.4 to 7 to treat the said notice as show cause notice and submit their reply to the said notice and till then they were restrained from carrying out any construction. Sri Naresh Reddy submits that respondent Nos.4 to 7 are not carrying out any construction and they shall not carry out any construction without permission. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this public interest litigation.

Public interest litigation is disposed of as not pressed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ
