When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner submitted a representation as long back as on 27.6.2018, no action has been taken by the respondent Municipal Corporation on the said representation. 2.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation Sri Pashyam Krishna Reddy that if any such representation is pending consideration before the Respondents herein, the same will be considered and appropriate action will be taken/appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stake holders. 3.

Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation and without expressing opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondents to verify the representation dated 27.6.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action/pass orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stake holders. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
