Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, present writ petition has been filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, producing copy of FIR. No.259 of 2018 dated 20.08.2018, stated that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the said crime was registered on the file of Police Station Totapalli Gudur, Sri Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore Disstrict, against unofficial respondents 4 and 5, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307 read with 34 IPC and investigation is taken up. Recording the above statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
