This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 22.08.2012 passed in O.S. No.155 of 2006 by the Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram District.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that the suit itself is disposed of on 16.03.2015, hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
