THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16163 OF 2015 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 27.04.2014, passed by the 3rd respondent, whereby the petitioner was removed from the post of field assistant. But, the 2nd respondent did not pass any orders in the appeal till today. In the meanwhile, though the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the respondents 3 to 5 are taking steps to appoint a new person in the place of petitioner. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the impugned order provides for appeal before the 2nd respondent and since it is stated that the petitioner has already filed appeal, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, any appointments made will be subject to further orders in the appeal.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
