HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.29357 of 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents are not taking any action and not providing police protection to the petitioner and his family members, inspite of giving representation to them. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that so far they have not received complaint of the petitioner said to have been made by him on 30-05-2018. But when the petitioner filed complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the same was referred by the concerned Court, a case in Cr.No.15 of 2017 was registered by the respondent-police. In the investigation, the case is found to be false and final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Puttur.

In view of the same, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to make complaint to the concerned police if so aggrieved and on such complaint, the 4th respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
