HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.13056 OF 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.12827 of 2012 and batch, dated 25.11.2019, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid submissions.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 25.11.2019 in W.P.Nos.12827 of 2012 and batch, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to redo the entire exercise of fixing seniority of the petitioners and other Assistant Engineers strictly in terms of the law laid down by this Court in WA.No.1104 of 2011 dated 17.09.2013 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
