CONTEMPT CASE No.186 of 2016 ORDER :

This Court in W.P.M.P.Nos.45395 & 45396 of 2014 in W.P.No.36263 of 2014 directed the respondents 3 and 4 to submit the proposals to the 2nd respondent with reference to extension of capital subsidy to the petitioners in terms of the Scheme framed by the 1st respondent dated 17.04.2012. Learned Standing counsel on instructions informs the Court that on 13.12.2014 the said proposals were forwarded to the Government of India. In view of the same, there is compliance of the order to that extent. The order further directed not to take coercive steps in pursuant to the demand notice dated 06.11.2014 which is impugned in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that so far no coercive steps are taken. Thus, there is no disobedience of the order to that extent. Recording the statement of learned standing counsel, on instructions, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
