This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-respondent to set aside the order passed in M.C. No.20 of 2010 dated 28.02.20Lt by learned Family Court Judge, II Secunderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor No.3 for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The petitioner is the husband questioning the maintenance granted to the de facto complainant and 2nd petitioner who are wife and daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled.
5. As seen from the record the 2nd respondent has attained majority. In the event of settlement between the parties, the petitioner shall not give the maintenance.
crl.R.C. No.1037 of 2011 6.
However, in the event of any interest or cause survives for seeking maintenance from the petitioner herein they shall move appropriate Court.
