HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29408 OF 2018 ORDER :

This petitions is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in attaching/seizing the properties of the petitioner in Rc.01(A)/2018, dated 28.02.2018, at Visakhapatnam.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent states that petitioner has alternate remedy of moving Special Court under Section 451 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application under Section 451 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Court. It is needless to observe that the said Court will decide the application, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
