ORDER:

The petitioner, who is neighbour of respondent No.3, filed this writ petition with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been taking any action against the alleged illegal construction being carried on by respondent No.3 over the plot situated adjacent to his house bearing No.2-6-247/A, situated at Shiva Veedhi, Jagtial, Karimnagar District.

At the hearing, learned counsel representing Mr. N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions submitted that responding to the petitioner's representation, respondent No.2 has issued a provisional order and that after receiving the explanation, if any, from respondent No.3, further steps in respect of the construction being raised by respondent No.3 will be taken.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, which is placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the said respondent to take further steps in accordance with law and complete the same within one month from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.52751 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
