Vide proceedings in Rc.No.C/417/2016 dated 20.07.2016, the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Wazseedu Mandal, Khammam District, held that petitioner is not eligible for issuance of 'agency certificate', against which, petitioner preferred appeal to the 3rd respondent - District Collector vide Rc.No.C1/657/2017. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the appeal, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
