HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29270 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard Sri Mohd. Arif Wali, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Transport. 2.

When the matter is called today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein submitted an application on 20.07.2018 to the Secretary, Regional Transport Corporation, Attapur, under Section 207 of the M.V.Act, but no action has been taken till date on the said application.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein will make a fresh application to the 2nd respondent and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondent Authorities.

On the other hand, learned Government Pleader submitted that no such application, dated 20.07.2018, is pending till date and if the petitioner submits fresh application, the same will be considered, in accordance with law, and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.

Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the 2nd respondent, for release of the vehicle, within a period of one week from today, and if any such application is made, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, within a period of one week from the date of submission of such application.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
