THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4823 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the defendants, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 11.4.2017 passed in I.A. No.1318 of 2016 in O.S.No.279 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Narsapur, West Godavari District.

Today this Court allowed connected C.R.P.No.3384 of 2017 filed by the petitioners herein to reopen the matter for the purpose of cross-examination of P.Ws.1 to 3. In view of the allowing of C.R.P.No.3384 of 2017, detailed order is not necessary in this revision petition.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that it is a fit case to allow the revision petition.

In the result, the civil revision petition is allowed, setting aside the order dated 11.4.2017 passed in I.A.No.1318 of 2016. Consequently, I.A.No.1318 of 2017 in O.S.No.279 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Narsapur, is allowed, permitting the petitioners to cross-examine P.Ws.1 to 3, on complying with the conditions imposed against the petitioners in C.R.P.
