THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.29396 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering and preventing the petitioner from collecting Aseel (Fee) in respect of sand transactions etc. in accordance with the terms and conditions of District Gazette No.10 dated 07.02.2017 by issuing endorsement dated 22.08.2017, as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and in violation of well settled principles of natural justice, and to pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

No interim relief was granted at the time of taking up of the matter on 31.08.2017 or thereafter. In view of passage of time, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
