HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.17214 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) The petitioner has filed this writ petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking production of Ramishetty Chitra Sravanthi @ Ambati Chitra Sravanthi, who, according to him, is his wife. Ms.Ramishetty Chitra Sravanthi is present in the Court. We asked whether she has been illegally detained by anyone and her answer was in the negative. She said that she is living with her parents and she has no desire to go with the petitioner.

In view of her statement, we do not find any merit in the writ petition.

Writ petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
