ORDER:

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed by the applicant in O.A.No.8916 of 2012 on the file of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, feeling aggrieved by orders dated 23-6-2017 whereby the Tribunal has dismissed the said O.A.

As the Counsel for the petitioner was called absent in the forenoon session, the case was passed over. Even in the afternoon session, the Counsel for the petitioner is not present at the hearing. We have perused the record.

Admittedly, the petitioner, who applied for the post of Assistant Director, Forensic Psychology, does not possess practical experience in Forensic Science or Chemical or Analytical or Police Laboratory for at least five years. Therefore, the Tribunal has rightly dismissed the O.A. filed by the petitioner questioning the selection of respondent No.2 for the said post. Hence, we do not find any merit in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
