Petitioner's grievance in this Civil Revision Petition is that I.A.No.298 of 2016 in O.S.No.21 of 2016 filed by the petitioner is not being taken up by the III Additional District Judge, Bheemavaram and the order of the Ad-interim temporary injunction granted in the petitioner's favour has not been extended after 01.06.2016 and the I.A. is also not been taken up for hearing.

Since valuable rights of the petitioner are in issue in the suit and in the I.A., the III Additional District Judge at Bheemavaram is directed to dispose of the I.A.No. 298 of 2016 in O.S.No.21 of 2016 on his file within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
