CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.44658 of 2016 29.12.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed against the common order, dated 09.07.2014, in respect of C.C.No.101 of 2013 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Redressal Commission, Hyderabad - respondent No.1.

Today, by a separate order, we have dismissed W.P.No.34119 of 2016 filed against the common order, dated 09.07.2014, in respect of C.C.No.100 of 2013. The learned counsel for both the parties have admitted that the said order will govern this writ petition as well. 3.

In view of the above facts and for the reasons mentioned in the order, dated 29.12.2016, in W.P.No.34119 of 2016, this writ petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.55082 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for expedite hearing of the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
