The petitioners claim to be beneficiaries of NTR Rural Housing Scheme and seek allotment of house sites in their favour under the said scheme, but contend that they have not been included in the list of beneficiaries by the respondents.

The petitioners have submitted a representation on 19.7.2018 to the 2nd respondent and contend that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the same.

GP for Revenue appearing for 2nd respondent states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation dated 19.7.2018 filed by the petitioners within six weeks and communicate the same to them.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
