HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 15866 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner, in the instant writ petition, has prayed for direction to the respondents to consider his representations dated 2104-2015 and 27-04-2015, wherein he has prayed for preventing the concerned authority to construct an Anganwadi on the land of village temple.

Without entering into merits of the case and to find out whether construction is made on the temple land, we direct respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's representations as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. It is once again made clear that we have not considered merits of the case.
