ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that considering him as a landless poor person, the Government vide proceedings dated 05.12.2001 assigned an extent of Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.128/1 and Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.No.129/1, in Kondaiahpalem village, Varrikuntapadu Mandal, Nellore District, and on an application made by him, pattadar pass book and title deed were also issued in his favour vide patta No.330 dated 26.07.2005 under Section 4 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). It is his grievance that though the patta and

title deeds were issued in his favour with respect to both the extent of lands, mutation was done only with respect to the land Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.128/1 and the land Ac.0.90 cents in Sy.No.129/1 was wrongly shown as Government land in the revenue records. Accordingly, the petitioner made a representation dated 10.12.2014 to the 2nd respondent to implement the government patta and mutate his name in the revenue records. As there was no action, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) for respondents.

Considering the short relief sought by the petitioner for consideration of his representation, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 10.12.2014 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from today. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
