O R D E R
Alleging that respondents 3 and 4 - police authorities are summoning the petitioner and his father to the police station and interfering with civil dispute and insisting them to settle the dispute with the unofficial respondent No.5 in respect of subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Station House Officer, Mundlamuru Police Station, Prakasam District, stating that the petitioner and his father came to the police station on 6.8.2018 and lodged a report on 6.8.2018 against unofficial respondent No.
5 and an entry was made in the general diary and on enquiry, it was found that the subject matter is purely of civil in nature and accordingly they were advised to approach the competent civil court seeking redressal of their grievance. The allegations of the petitioner that he along with his father are being summoned to the police station and that they were directed to settle the dispute with unofficial respondent No.5 and that they were interfering with civil dispute, are denied. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
