This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : To direct the third respondent to receive the relevant valid records from the petitioner within four months from today for implementation of transfer of stage carriage permit PSP.No.06/A2/2001, valid upto 26/09/2016 in respect of Bus No. KA-15/1479 on the town service from Hindupur Municipal Bus Stand to Lepakshi [via] Balaji circle etc. as per the order of second respondent vide Proceedings in R.No.21212/C2/2011 dated 08/08/2013 in item No.23 notwithstanding with the Proceedings of the third respondent dated 09/09/2014 made in R.No.
21212/A2/2014 to enable the petitioner to ply the said bus on the said route under the said permit in the interest of justice.
2. When the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in identical set of circumstances this court passed order dated 08/05/2013 in WP.No. 14180 of 2013.
3. The order dated 08/05/2013 passed by this Court in WP.No. 14180 of 2013, reads as hereunder :
"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport. The petitioner made a request under Rule 192 [2] of the A.P.Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 seeking time to produce documents, as directed in the order of Deputy Transport Commissioner, Ananthapur. The petitioner sought one extension of time for a period of four months, which was granted and now she seeks for extension of time on the ground
of ill-health and financial constraint in handing over the vehicle by the seller. The said request was rejected by the Deputy Commissioner of Transport, Ananthapur in proceedings dated 12/2/2013.
However, the restriction of the maximum period of four months, which applies to the Transport Commissioner would not apply to this court. Hence, considering these facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting two months time finally. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time shall be entertained. No order as to costs."

In view of the above, following the order dated 18/05/2013 passed by this Court in WP.No. 14180 of 2013 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is disposed of granting two months time finally for production of documents. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time shall be entertained. No costs.
4. Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order dated 18/5/2013 passed by this Court in WP.No. 14180 of 2013.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
