ORDER:
The petitioner, who belongs to Scheduled Tribe Community, is stated to be in possession and enjoyment of an extent of Ac.0.97 cents of land in Sy.No.46 situated at Dummagudem Village & Mandal, Khammam District, which is in agency area, by virtue of sada sale deed dated 02.08.2010 and his name was also reflected in the 10(1) Adangals. While so, when some third parties interfered with his possession, the petitioner filed O.S.No.278 of 2013 before the Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam,
Khamma District and obtained injunction in I.A.No.203 of 2013 on 29.11.2013. As there is no expeditious action on his representations, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondents. Considering the short relief sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 26.02.2015 and 04.03.2015 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
