Heard counsel for revision petitioner.

Petitioner has filed this Revision assailing the action of the Additional District Judge, Narsapur, West Godavari District in not disposing of the I.A.No.388 of 2015 in O.S.No.13 of 2014, filed to implead the 3rd respondent herein as defendant in the suit 3.

Counsel for petitioner contends that the said petition was filed on 01.09.2015, notice in the said petition has already been served on the proposed party as well as the other defendants in the suit, and for the last two years, petition is pending for counter of respondents.

It is unfortunate that the said petition is kept pending by the Court for the last two years.

Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed; the Additional District Judge, Narsapur, West Godavari District is directed to dispose of the said I.A., whether or not any counter is filed by the respondents, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
