Heard Sri M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition precisely is the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in completing the enquiry against respondent No.5 pursuant to the suspension order, dated 30.05.2016.

Petitioners herein claim to be the permanent residents of Ameenpur Village, Patancheru Mandal of Medak District and they claim to have the household cards attached to fair price shop No.42 of Beeramguda Village, Patancheru Mandal of Medak District. Respondent No.5 herein is the fair price shop dealer in respect of the said shop. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Sangareddy, vide proceedings No.B2/4852/2016, dated 30.05.2016, suspended the authorization of the unofficial respondent/respondent No.5 herein. The complaint of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that though respondent No.3 suspended the authorization of respondent No.5, no further action pursuant to the same has been taken so far. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, reiterating the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, requests this Court to direct respondent No.3 to take further action in the matter in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sangareddy/respondent No.3 herein to take further action pursuant to the proceedings No.B2/4852/2016, dated 30.05.2016, in accordance with law. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
