CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.26000 of 2015 Dt: 05.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the orders passed in C.C.No.104 of 2014 dt.27-05-2015 by the Hon'ble District Consumer Redressal Forum, Adilabad District are capricious and against the norms of established land and way of evidence and consequently set aside the order passed in C.C.No.104 of 2014, dt. 27-05-2015 by the Hon'ble District Consumer Redressal Forum, Adilabad District."

On 15-09-2015, when the case was last posted, there was no representation for the petitioner- Company. Therefore, the case has been adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.33759 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
