ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring 4.00 Hectares in Sy. No.758/1 and Ac.3.15 guntas in Sy. No.737 of Janakampet Village, Yedpally Mandal, Nizamabad District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr. M. Rajender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, respondent No.6 has cancelled the lease for quarrying building stone and road metal and that assailing the said action the petitioner has filed W.P. No.27520 of 2013. He has further submitted that in view of this subsequent event, his client may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to him to pursue the said writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.18.12.2012 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.49284 of 2012 and W.V.M.P.
