This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of Dummugudem Police Station, Khammam District.

In the course of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submitted that the case is referred as false. In that view of the matter, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3 .

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
