THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1871 of 2013 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal and submits that the appellant desires to file civil suit for appropriate relief.

Writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the appellant to file civil suit, if he so desires and advised for appropriate relief. If the suit is instituted by the appellant, we hope and trust that the concerned Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
