THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12340 OF 2010 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the orders, dated 11.01.2010, whereunder he was placed under suspension. This Court, by order, dated 02.06.2010, granted interim suspension of the said order.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader representing respondents 2 and 3 submits that disciplinary proceedings were dropped and the petitioner was also granted further promotion.

In view of the same, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
